The design of The Estates at Acqualina residences is centuries of authentic art embodied in the smallest details of the interior. The lush luxury of the European Baroque here organically combines with the avant-garde, retro motifs with innovative technologies. Transparent balcony railings and thin minimalistic frames will emphasize the royal luxury of gold on the walls and multi-lamp crystal chandeliers, paintings and stylized photographs will open a window into the past for a moment, and quiet and fast smart systems of advanced technology will give the comfort of the future.

The residences are equipped with full sets of luxury household appliances and plumbing and are fully furnished by Luxury Living using furniture from Fendi Casa, Baccarat La Maison and Trussardi. All residences have ultra-durable glass shower cabins, deep baths, marble countertops and spacious built-in wardrobes. Each apartment opens up more than a 17-meter panorama of the ocean and the city; in penthouses, the length of the panoramic view is almost twice as long.
